David Blame, known to most as just Davey, was an early member and contributor to our band Darkest Days. He was a natural guitarist and could touch the coldest of hearts with his music. It was also his connections that got us our first gigs outside of LA. We couldn't have done it without him.

Davey also released two solo albums and did a number of tours after leaving Darkest Days. Shortly before his untimely death, he'd been working on a third album. Scott Flores has been working with his estate to produce and eventually release this final work of his.

Davey is survived by his girlfriend Dallas Reed-Blame and their daughter, Lilith, his sister "Echo", and his friends: myself, Scott, Ash, and many others.
RIP Davey January 19 1962 - July 21 1994
